- Optional: apply mineral oil occasionally to maintain richness
- Store in cool, dry places – not direct sunlight
PU Leather Tags
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth (no alcohol or harsh soap)
- Keep away from extreme heat or direct sunlight
- Do not submerge in water
- Natural wear adds character over time

What kind of photos can I upload
You can upload pet portraits, couple photos, selfies, or even a favorite moment. Clear, high-contrast photos work best. We’ll convert them to laser-ready grayscale.
Can I engrave both sides of the tag
Yes! Most of our materials support double-sided engraving. For example:
- Front: photo
- Back: quote, name, date, or contact info
Add both during checkout or in your message after purchase.
How do I send my photo?
After checkout, you can:

We’ll confirm if your photo is suitable and adjust it for engraving.
Can you engrave a QR code or NFC chip?
Absolutely! We can:
- Engrave a scannable QR code (e.g. Spotify, Instagram, Linktree)
- Embed an NFC tag in our metal cards (tap to share contact/profile)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but generally range from 2–8 business days domestically and 9–25 business days internationally.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, the shipping process may have begun.
